  • The product is not damaged or altered in any way
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Digital Products

For digital products such as e-books, digital guides, and downloadable content:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed
  • If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • If the digital product is defective or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase

Online Courses and Workshops

For online courses, virtual workshops, and webinars:

  • If you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Once you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, no refund will be provided
  • For live virtual workshops, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event
  • No refunds will be issued for missed live sessions or workshops

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services such as premium content access or membership programs:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
  • For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund may be provided at our discretion if cancelled within 30 days of the renewal date
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period

  • For physical products, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Transaction fees
  • Downloadable digital content that has already been accessed
  • Live events or workshops that have already taken place

How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping

For physical products:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping
  • Return shipping address will be provided after your refund request is approved

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request:

  • Digital product refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • For physical products, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Subscription cancellations will be processed immediately, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days to process

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products if you received a defective item or if we sent the wrong item. To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange
  3. Return the original item as instructed by our customer service team
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you will receive a full refund
  • If you cancel 3-7 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be provided
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event
